Terms of service and refunds.
The short version: $49 a month, cancel any time, and if the first month is not worth it you get your money back. Last updated 22 September 2026.
The service
OrgTicker sends one report a week, by email, on hiring changes at the companies it tracks, filtered to the vertical, geography and functions you choose. The companies tracked are listed on the coverage page and may change over time.
These terms apply when you subscribe. Using the site or reading a free sample does not commit you to anything.
Price and billing
A subscription is $49 per month, billed in advance through Stripe on the same day each month. The price you see before paying is the full price. There are no setup fees, extra charges or annual lock in.
If the price ever changes, you get at least 30 days notice by email before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
Cancelling
Cancel any time by replying to any report or emailing hello@orgticker.com. No reason needed. You will not be charged again. Reports stop right away, unless you ask to keep them until the end of the month you already paid for.
Refunds
First month: if the first month is not worth it, reply within 30 days of your first payment and you get the whole month back. No questions, and you keep the reports.
After that: months already started are not refunded in part, but you are never charged again once you cancel.
If we charge you by mistake, or a report you paid for was not delivered, we refund it in full. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Using the reports
Reports are for you and your own team. You may use them in your work however you like. Please do not resell them, republish them in full, or forward them to people outside your company as a substitute for their own subscription.
Accuracy
Every figure comes from what companies publish on their own public career pages. We read them carefully, but pages change, go down or contain mistakes, so we cannot promise that every entry is complete or correct. A job posting shows what a company published, not a guarantee that the role will be filled.
Reports are information for your own decisions. They are not financial, legal or investment advice. We are not affiliated with the companies we track.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to OrgTicker is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
We may stop serving an account that abuses the service. If we ever shut OrgTicker down, you will be told by email and refunded for any unused part of a paid month.
Changes and contact
If these terms change in a way that matters, subscribers are told by email at least 30 days before. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
